Overview:
We are looking for a Business Software Support Specialist with a background in the financial industry to assist in supporting our branch loan origination system. Experience with NLS software is recommended but not required. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth branch and home office operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a long-term, ongoing contract opportunity with a reputable client of ours!
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support: Monitor and resolve software issues using the ticketing system (JitBit) and ensure timely responses to requests (around 20-25 a day), mostly surrounding the Go-Live of Northridge Loan Servicing (NLS).
- Customer Experience: Build strong relationships and ensure customer needs are met efficiently, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and all applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Development: Continuously learn and seek additional opportunities for growth, while managing multiple projects.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Financial industry experience (NLS or DL4) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
- Previous experience with ticketing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
